State Renewal |
Other registration service companies will call it "License Manager" or "License Management" Those are fancy terms for renewing the certificates.
All state certificates will expire and must be renewed. We will remind you of the renewals at 60 days, 30 days and 5 days from renewal time, giving you plenty of time to submit the renewals.
Our fee for all renewals is only $59 per application. Our competitors charge $75-$125+ per application for renewals.

Vendor Validation |
Some retailers require verification of your law label registrations. Our Vendor Validation service will allow you to meet those requirements for a much lower cost than our competitors.
Simply check box with the code provided by the retailer and you will be automatically enrolled in the system.
The fee for enrollment is only $199 annually! Compare that with over $300 to over $500 with our competitors. Some do not even offer this service.
If you already have your state certificates, but the retailer has asked you to be enrolled in Vendor Validation, you can still be included. We will even give you FREE access to our Certificate Validation system so you can upload your own state certificates for validation. See the description below for Certificate Validation. |

Certificate Storage |
After the state offices have completed the registration process, they will mail the state certificate to Law Label Services. We scan them all to .pdf files and store them in our secure system for you to download at your convenience.
Other services will give you an "electronic record that serves as documentation". We give you the actual state certificates as proof of registration.

We will review your labels to ensure that they meet the state requirements and won't have problems with registration or possible violations that may prevent the sale of your goods.

Label Design |
We also offer a low cost Label Design Service if you need help creating or correcting your label design. We will send you a design template file approved for use in all states and proof it for accuracy before you submit the design to your printing service for your products.

Getting a violation notice from a state can be a very scary thing. The possibility of having your product pulled from sale and getting fines levied against your company in that state is always very stressful. The reputation with your customers (i.e. retailers, wholesalers, importers) could be tarnished, possibly adversely affecting the future of your company.
But what do you do about it? How do you resolve the violation?
Let us do it for you. We will work with you to develop a plan of action for the state violation. Then we will work with you and the state to help implement it and resolve the violation as quickly as possible.
We can research your URN status to see if it has become delinquent. If it has, we can help get it back on track.
